Our clients range from home users to business users and we can deal with issues at your premises or we offer a free pick-up and return service.
Not only do we offer a free diagnostics service, but we also offer a no-fix no-fee service, which means that if we are unable to resolve the issue, you will not be charged anything. Additionally, we have a transparent pricing policy, so you will be fully aware of what the costs involved would be before you go ahead with any repair. This is important as in certain circumstances it may be more cost-effective to purchase a new item rather than to repair the existing one, and we would advise you of this if it is the case.
We stock a range of parts and components for common issues like dc-jack repairs and screen replacement of laptops so you can have your computer ready the same day. If we do not have a part in stock then generally it can be sourced by the next day and your machine could be ready for collection the following day.
For new business start-ups we have a range of services from logo creation to full website creation and leaflet or business card printing to google campaign management.
For consoles and graphic chip reflow and reballing, we have invested in specialist equipment to ensure your console is repaired professionally and can resolve PS3 and Xbox issues to do with the RLOD or YLOD. We additionally fit fan mods to ensure that your console will run cooler after the repair and hence minimise the risk of the same problem re-occurring.
All our hardware repairs carry a 28 day warranty so if you have the same problem within 28 days, we will repair it again free of charge. This is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty you may have for new parts that may have been used.
